Most modern Burmese are descendants of one female cat named Wong Mau, who was brought to America from Burma in 1930. Though a small to medium sized cat, they are deceptively heavy for their size, described as a padded brick and have yellow to gold eyes. Burmese are very people oriented and have many dog like personality traits - they are intelligent, many will play 'fetch' and learn tricks, they are very curious and love people. They stay playful like kittens all their lives.
We are a small cattery with a focus on healthy loving pets. Our kittens are raised in the house as part of the family and are handled daily from the time they are born. We have 3 boys so they are exposed to lots of noise and activity which ensures they fit in easily to their new homes.
We breed only traditional Burmese cats in the 4 standard colors of Sable, Champagne, Blue and Platinum.
We have a written guarantee of good health, and all kittens are vet checked before going to their new homes.
